While Asian Americans are the fastest growing and best educated multicultural segment in the U.S., Asian Pacific Islanders remain underrepresented in corporate leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies. To help meet the critical need for API leadership education and advancement, the Foundation launched a regional leadership education classes specifically for AREAA chapter leaders throughout the country.

This regional program enables the Foundation to provide more future leaders with skills that will enable them to assume leadership positions in the real estate industry, with AREAA and the Foundation, and in their community. Our commitment is to develop future leaders who will serve Asian American communities, ascend to executive positions in America’s top companies, and drive initiatives that promote sustainable homeownership across the country.

In addition to the leadership enhancement initiative, the foundation also provides grants to qualified veterans for their housing needs and raises funds for disaster-stricken communities.

The AREAA Education Foundation is dedicated to empowering the Asian American communities through housing. This is done:

By providing education programs that enable public, business and philanthropic leaders to become advocates for Asian American communities.

By providing grants to qualified veterans for their housing needs

By raising money and awareness for communities impacted by natural disasters
